My bike is alrady months old and rusting. I saw byt the beach, so it is a fact, but could not so quickly. I delete it, and if so with what? What used to prevent?

If the bike is 3 months household vinegar will remove the surface acidity. Soak a paper towel in vinegar and folded and placed over the oxide in order to keep it moist for a few hours.
